Pay on success
You pay for outcomes, not effort. If the work doesn't achieve what we scoped, you owe nothing.
Standard
How most firms charge
The standard model in this industry is a monthly retainer, billed regardless of result. It pays the firm whether your search results improve or not, and it makes prolonging the engagement more profitable than resolving it.
Model
How we charge
Every item is quoted as a fixed fee with a defined outcome, agreed in writing before work begins. The outcome is specific: a named review removed, or a named URL off page one. It is not a vague commitment to improve your reputation.
We invoice on verification. If we don't achieve the scoped outcome, there's no fee for that item.
Guarantee
The 30-day guarantee
Content sometimes resurfaces. Every completed item carries a 30-day re-removal guarantee: if it returns within that window, we address it at no additional cost.
Practice
What this means in practice
The risk of the work not succeeding sits with us. That constrains what we take on: we don't accept cases we don't believe we can move, and we tell you at audit stage rather than after you've paid.
It also means our assessment is honest by necessity. Overpromising at quote stage costs us the fee.
Pricing
Pricing
Fees vary by platform, difficulty and volume, and are quoted per case. Pricing is confidential and provided with your written scope.
Pay-on-success applies to most engagements, and we will tell you at quote stage whether yours is one of them. Some work, typically long-running suppression or cases where the outcome depends heavily on third parties, is quoted differently, and we will explain why before you commit to anything.
