Trustpilot, Yelp and Glassdoor review removal

Each platform runs its own guidelines and its own verification process. Reviews that fail either can be removed at source. We assess which apply to your case before quoting.

  • Pay only on verified results
  • 30-day re-removal guarantee

Platform

Trustpilot

Trustpilot removes reviews that breach its guidelines, and it will also remove reviews where the reviewer can't verify the experience they're describing. Those are two separate routes, and the verification challenge is the one most firms don't use properly.

Where a review describes a transaction that didn't happen, or comes from someone who was never a customer, Trustpilot can require the reviewer to provide evidence. If they can't, the review comes down.

Platform

Yelp

Yelp removes content that breaches its guidelines: conflict of interest, no genuine consumer experience, irrelevant content, threats or harassment. Its review filter also suppresses reviews it judges unreliable, which is a separate mechanism from removal and worth understanding before you commit to a route.

Platform

Glassdoor

Glassdoor removes reviews that breach its community guidelines, identify individuals, disclose confidential information, or come from someone who wasn't an employee. Employee reviews that are simply negative are not removable, and we'll say so.

Pattern

The common thread

On all three, success comes from identifying the exact guideline breached and evidencing it, not from volume of complaints. We audit each review, tell you which are realistically removable, and quote a fixed fee per item. You pay on verified removal, with a 30-day guarantee.
